Yes. Connecting Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or an automation tool to your Sideline data is included in Studio. It is not an add-on, not Pro-only, and not metered: some tools now ship connectors but cap them at a few hundred calls a day unless you buy an AI add-on per seat. Ours has no call limit. Connections are read-only by default; an Account Owner can allow writes, and even then only status, priority, due dates, and draft replies that a human still has to send. Every connection is scoped to the person who authorized it.

It will be, in this plan, at no extra cost. Your own domain, your logo and colors across the portal and every email, and "Powered by Sideline" removed. It is in development now rather than shipped, and we moved it into Studio rather than gating it behind a higher tier because branding should not be a premium feature.

Because splitting features across tiers mostly serves the vendor. Everything Sideline does today is in this one plan: the queue, the client portal, AI, time tracking, retainers, connectors, all of it. When we add something substantial enough to carry its own tier, we will price it then. Founding Agency Pass holders get every future plan included regardless.
