These terms govern your use of Sideline (the "Service"), operated by Sideline ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to them.
Sideline provides client request management for agencies: request intake, tracking, collaboration, client portals, time tracking, and related notifications. We may improve or change features over time; we won't materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a period you've paid for.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the people you invite. Content you and your clients submit stays yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the Service, nothing more. You can export your data at any time, and may not use the Service for unlawful content or to send spam.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel anytime; monthly plans end at the period's close, and unused full months of annual plans are refunded on request. Founding Agency Passes are one-time payments covering 36 months of service plus the discounted rate described at purchase.
AI-assisted drafting is optional and off by default. Drafts are suggestions, review before sending. Your content is not used to train third-party models.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days in advance.
